About the app

Lock any app on your phone, like LINE, Facebook, Messenger, your gallery or your banking app. It runs in the background even after you close it, keeps locking after a restart or an app update, and locks itself too — so nobody else can switch the lock off. Your code is stored hashed (PBKDF2) in the phone's Keystore. No sign-up: everything stays on your phone and nothing is sent to a server. Forgot your code? Answer your recovery question and set a new one. Coming soon to Google Play.

Features

• Lock any app — a Recommended section puts popular apps on top, with search and a switch to show system apps
• Unlock with a 4–8 digit PIN, a 9-dot pattern (at least 4 dots) or your fingerprint
• Runs in the background all the time, and keeps locking after a restart or an app update
• Pressing Back on the lock screen goes Home — never into the locked app
• Choose when to lock again: as soon as you leave, or 1 / 5 / 15 minutes after · turning the screen off locks everything again
• LOCKJAI locks itself, so nobody else can turn the lock off
• 5 wrong tries means a 30-second wait, doubling each round up to 1 hour
• Forgot your code: answer a recovery question (5 to choose from) and set a new one · wrong answers wait just like wrong PINs
• Code hashed with PBKDF2 in the Keystore · no sign-up, nothing sent to a server
